We start with the best corn grown in the Carolinas which is slowly ground on a stone-burr mill which dates back to the 1930's. Using a stone mill allows us to grind true whole grain meals and grits which give our products the richness, flavors and nutrition rarely found in modern grain products. We are a traditional mill product like your grandparents have used for years in the Carolinas. It is a southern tradition, just ask your grandma. Gluten free.
