Our Story: Taste what happens when three individuals from different backgrounds come together with one purpose: to create delicious one-of-a-kind bread. Over 15 years ago, we started Heartland Bread in Plano, Texas. Still today, our unique store design lets everyone watch us mix, form and bake our unique breads. We are part of a community, donating bread to local charities and food banks, supporting schools and community evens. Our Breads: Only one bread is milled fresh every day using Montana wheat berries for a distinctive taste.
