The grapes are crushed in state-of-the-art pneumatic presses and the juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to maintain the aromas and fruity flavours of the resulting wine. The wine is then chilled and filtered prior to bottling. History: Felix Solis is a long standing family-run winery in Spain, dating back to 1952.
