Short Description
Ziyad Vegetable Burger Falafil Mix (12 Oz)Ground Chick Peas, Ground Fava Beans, Spice Blend, Minced Onion, Garlic, Baking Soda, Salt and Sesame Seeds.Falafil Cooking: Add once cup of Ziyad brand Falafil Mix to 3/4 cups cold water. Mix well; let it rest for 1/2 hour. Mixture should be moist, but firm and be able to hold its shape when formed into a ball. Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large skillet. Shape falafil balls into small patties and deep fry in hot vegetable oil until the patties float, are crispy and golden brown in color.
