Fully cooked, just heat & serve. Warming: Do not use tray in the oven. Microwave: (Recommended) Remove outer sleeve from tray. Leave inner pouch in tray. Puncture inner pouch. Place in microwave oven. Heat on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until the product is hot and ready to serve. Cooking times vary with microwave wattage, stated time is for a 1000 watt oven, adjust cooking time accordingly. Open pouch and empty product into your serving dish. Caution your pan and product will be hot. Frozen: product may be frozen. To defrost place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Then follow the warming instructions above.
