Microwave oven (suggested method): Microwave oven wattages vary; adjustment to cooking time may be required. 1. Remove entree from carton. Pull up one corner of the film to vent. 2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 3. Pull back film, stir, replace film. 4. Microwave for an additional 2 1/2 minutes or until hot. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes in microwave before serving. Package may be hot. Developed in a 1,100 watt oven. Conventional oven: For Kashi consumers who do not use microwaves, we have developed the following preparation instructions using a conventional oven. The frozen entrees should never be cooked in a toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not exceed 350 degrees F. 2. Remove entree from carton. 3. Place tray on a cookie sheet and puncture film with 5 slits. 4. Place cookie sheet with tray in the center of the oven and bake for 20 minutes. 5. Remove from oven, pull back film and stir.
