Preparation Instructions: Thawing Instructions: Remove from bag and thaw under refrigeration overnight. Rinse under cool running water. Cooking Instructions: Peel and Eat Style: Select thawed amount of Open Nature Shell-On Shrimp. Bring two quarts of water to a rolling boil (option; add 1 tsp of salt); gently place thawed shrimp in water. Once water returns to slow boil check for doneness (2-3 minutes) - shrimp should be opaque throughout. Remove from water and immediately rinse with cool water to stop the cooking process. Do not overcook. Shrimp should cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Saute Style: Select thawed amount of Open Nature Shell-On Shrimp. Peel and devein shrimp. Peeled shrimp can be marinated or spice rubbed. Heat saute pan to medium-high heat - coat pan with non-stick spray, butter or olive oil. Once pan is heated, gently place peeled shrimp in saute pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side, just until the shrimp is opaque throughout. Remove from heat or shrimp will continue to cook. For best results do not overcook. Shrimp should cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.Long Description
