Active Ingredients: Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt) , Water, Sugar, White Distilled Vinegar, Natural Ginger Extract, Polysorbate 60, Sodium Benzoate, Disodium 5'-Inosinate and Disodium 5'-Guanylate, Caramel Color. : Shake & Hula before every use! Shake well before every use! Chicken, pork, beef, fish, tofu. Hula-Hula Chicken: Marinate 1 whole chicken or chicken pieces in Hula-Hula Sauce for 4-6 hours; overnight for best results. Grill or Rotisserie until golden brown and done. Hula-Hula Short Ribs (Teriyaki Style): Marinate 2 lb. of short ribs for 4-6 hours; overnight for best results. Grill until cooked. Or use thin sliced beef - broil or pan fry. Excellent for Stir Fry: Per 1 lb. of meat (your choice of thinly sliced beef, pork, chicken, or shrimp, etc. ). Marinate in 2 cups of Hula-Hula Sauce for 5 minutes. Cook in a large pan, lightly oiled for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Add your choice of cut vegetables - celery, broccoli, onions, carrots, cabbage, snow peas, etc. Add 1/2 cup Hula-Hula sauce. Continue cooking on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes; stir frying. Serve with rice and enjoy. Hawaiian-Style Gravy: Add 1 cup Hula-Hula Sauce with 2 cups water. Stir well and boil in a sauce pan for 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of cornstarch and continue to stir until gravy thickens - add more cornstarch as desired.
