Mama Lucia Meatballs Italian-style Turkey 20 OzMechanically Separated Turkey (Mechanically Separated Turkey with Natural Flavor), Water, Seasoning: Cereal (Contains One or More of the Following: Corn, Wheat, Rye, Oat, Rice Flour), Bleached Wheat Flour, Romano Cheese (Part Skim Cow''s Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Onion, Yeast, Garlic, Spices, Parsley, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, with Less than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate and Calcium Stearate Added to Prevent Caking, Soy Protein Concentrate, Breadcrumbs: Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Niacin, Reduced iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Yeast, Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Sodium Phosphate.Keep frozen. Stovetop: Add frozen meatballs to unheated gravy or spaghetti sauce. Heat gravy or sauce as directed. Stir until hot. Microwave: Prior to heating, arrange meatballs in a circle on a microwave-safe dish and cover. Always heat on high (100%) . For 1 Serving (6 meatballs): Heat for 1/2 minute, rotate dish 1/4 turn and heat for an additional 1/2 minute or until hot. To Heat Meatballs in Gravy or Sauce: Heat for 1 minute per serving (6 meatballs). Add 1 can of gravy (10-12 oz. ) or 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (14-16 oz. ); stir to coat meatballs.
