Stir in milk and Potatoes just until moistened. Let stand about 30 seconds or until liquid is absorbed. Whip with fork until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers. Gravy: 1. Stir 1 cup cold water gradually into Gravy Mix in 1-quart saucepan, using whisk. 2. Heat just to boiling over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute, stirring frequently. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave Directions: Mashed Potatoes: 1. Stir Potatoes and 3/4 teaspoon salt in 1-1/2 quart microwavable casserole dish. Stir in 1-2/3 cups hot water, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons butter or margarine until moistened. 2. Cover; microwave on high 2-1/2 to 5 minutes or until hot. Caution: Hot! Whip with fork until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers. Gravy: 1. Stir 1 cup cold water gradually into Gravy Mix in 1-quart microwavable bowl, using whisk. 2. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until boiling. Caution: Hot! Refrigerate leftovers.
