Food Club Fish Sticks, Crunchy Golden 18 CtMINCED ALASKA POLLOCK, WHEAT FLOUR, WATER, VEGETABLE OIL (CANOLA, COTTONSEED, AND/OR SOYBEAN), MODIFIED CORN STARCH, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF: SALT, NATURAL FLAVORS, SUGAR, YEAST, NONFAT MILK, WHEY, LEAVENING (SODIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM BICARBONATE).Keep frozen until ready to prepare - do not refreeze. For crispier coasting we recommend conventional oven preparations. , Conventional oven: preheat oven to 400 ┬░F. place frozen sticks in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Turn over and bake an additional 4-6 minutes or until golden brown. , Microwave: place frozen fish sticks on a microwaveable plate lined with 2 paper towels. Microwave on (50% power) medium, as suggested in cooking chart, rotating plate once during cooking. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. 2-4 sticks: 1.5-2.5 minutes. 5-7 sticks: 2.5-4 minutes. 8-10 sticks: 5-6 minutes.
