Betty Crocker Low Fat Fudge Brownie Mix Family Size, 20.5 OzSugar, Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Palm Oil. Contains 2% or less of: Corn Starch, Salt, Distilled Monoglycerides, Leavening (Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate), Artificial Flavor.Directions You Will Need: 1/2 Cup water, 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil, 1 Egg Time to Bake! 1. Heat oven as directed in chart below. Grease bottom of pan. 2. Stir Brownie Mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan. 3. Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. To cut warm brownies, use a plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. For a 13 x 9 pan, bake at 350degF for 26-28 minutes. For an 11 x 7 pan, bake at 350degF for 44-46 minutes. For a 9 x 9 pan, bake at 350degF for 41-43 minutes. If using dark or nonstick pan, shorten bake time by 3 min. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft. ) : Grease bottom and sides of pan; lightly flour. Stir 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix. Warnings Do not eat raw brownie batter. Contains wheat; may contain milk ingredients.
