Let stand in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. 5. Remove lid (Careful, it's hot!) Mix contents together and serve. Conventional Oven (Remove food from tray): 1. Preheat oven to 350┬░F. 2. Remove food from tray. Place in similar size oven-safe dish. Cover with foil. 3. Cook in oven 20 minutes; stir, re-cover and cook an additional 15 minutes. 4. Remove from oven.
