Dip fish filets in melted butter or margarine coating both sides well. Shake Louisiana fish fry products' blackened seasoning generously and evenly on both sides. Cook over high heat for 1 1/2 minutes per side until charred and an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F is reached for fish. For meat or poultry cook until at least 165 degrees F. Cook in well ventilated area. Will produce intense smoke.Long Description
