Full Circle All Natural Fish Fillets, Wild FlounderFlounder. Contains:flounder, (fish) . May contain bones.Keep frozen. Thawing & cooking instructions: remove all packaging. For best results: place frozen fillets in a shallow pan or tray. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and thaw in refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours or overnight. Microwave thawing: place microwave on thaw or low power setting for up to 2 minutes, checking every 30 seconds to make certain that the fillets are being thawed and not cooked. Microwave power varies from model to model, so consult your microwave's thawing instruction. Cooking instructions: size of fillets may vary - adjust cooking times accordingly.
