Our Family White Cake Mix DeluxeEnriched, Bleached Flour, (Bleached Flour, Niacin, iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Animal and Vegetable Shortening (Contains One or More of the Following:Beef Fat, Lard, Soybean, Oil) with Emulsifier (Propylene Glycol Monoesters, Mono- and Diglycerides, Lecithin) and Preservative (TBHQ, BHT, Citric Acid), Dextrose, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Food Starch-Modified, Salt, Cellulose Gum, Guar Gum, Artificial Flavor, Preservative (BHT, Citric Acid). Allergen statement:Contains, wheat, soy. Manufactured on shared equipment with products containing:milk, eggs, walnuts, peanuts.First: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease pans and dust with flour. Blend: Blend in large mixing bowl, at low speed until moistened: cake mix, 1 1/4 cups water, 3 egg whites, 1/3 cup oil. Beat: Beat 2 minutes at medium speed or 450 strokes by hand. Pour batter into pans. Bake: Bake at 350 degrees F. until done. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not test for doneness by touching with finger. Two 8 in round layers (35 to 40 minutes) ; two 9 in round layers (30 to 35 minutes); One 13 in x 9 in pan (35 to 40 minutes); One 10 in or fluted tube pan (45 to 55 minutes); 24 to 30 cupcakes (fill 1/2 full) (20 to 25 minutes). High altitude (over 4000 feet): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F., mix as directed and bake at 375 degrees F.: 3 - 8 inch layers, 25 to 30 min; 2 - 9 inch layers, 30 to 35 min; 13 x 9 inch pan, 35 to 40 min; 10 inch tube, 45 to 55 min; 24 to 30 cupcakes, 15 to 20 min.
