Microwave Stromboli in tray on high for 4 minutes to 4 minutes and 30 seconds or until Stromboli internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 5. Let Stromboli sit for 3 minutes - in microwave. (Tray may be hot, so please use caution when removing) . 6. Eat; knowing Screamin contents will be extremely hot at first bite/slice! Proceed with Caution: Cooking times may vary; so use internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F, as your guide. Cooking tray not usable in oven temperatures above 475 degrees F.
