Shrimp & Corn Chowder, Shrimp & CornWater, Light Cream, Shrimp, Corn, Potatoes, Onions, Red Bell Peppers, contains 2% or less of: Roasted Corn, Butter (Cream, Salt), Sugar, Cornstarch, Wheat Flour, Soybean Oil, Roast Flavor (Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavor, Soy Lecithin), Salt, Shrimp Stock (Shrimp, Salt), Garlic, Nisin Preparation and Spices.Keep refrigerated. Stovetop: remove chowder from container and pour into a heavy saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Microwave: remove lid and film from container. Place container on a microwave-safe plate and loosely cover with microwavable plastic wrap or paper towel. Heat on high for approximately 3-4 minutes or until completely hot, stirring chowder halfway through heating process. Microwave time may vary; adjust accordingly. Caution: chowder will be hot.
