Ka-me Japanese Thick NoodlesWheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Gluten, Yam Powder, SaltPlace this package of KA-ME thick udon noodles in 2 quart of lightly salted boiling water. When noodles rise to the top reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Place in colander and rinse under cold running water. Serve with sliced onions and other vegetables or add to your favorite soup stock.
