Directions No fry directions:Heat oven to 375 F. lightly grease baking sheet with 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil, or lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray.Prepare mix and form patties as directed on back of box in steps 1 and 2.Place patties on baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown; turn. Continue to bake 15 to 20 minutes or until evenly browned and crisp. (Fat reduced to 1.5g/serving, 20% calories from fat) .Freeze & reheat directions.Falafel patties can be made ahead and frozen. To reheat, place 2 patties on microwaveable plate, loosely covered with plastic wrap. Microwave at high 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.Serving ideas:Serve in pita bread with cucumber yogurt sauce, sliced red onion, cucumber and tomato.Serve on hamburger bun with ketchup, mustard, pickles, etc.Serve as an appetizer with cucumber yogurt sauce or Tahini sauce.Preparation directions:Combine contents of falafel mix with 1-1/4 cups water. Let stand 10 minutes.
