Spread fish sticks on baking sheet or foil and place baking sheet on middle rack. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 4. After cooking, let stand for 1 minute before serving. Toaster oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove fish sticks from all packaging. 3. Spread fish sticks on tray or foil and place on middle rack. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 4. After cooking, let stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave oven (1100 Watt) :1. Remove fish sticks from all packaging. 2. Place fish sticks on microwavable plate lined with paper towel (for crispier results). Cook for 50 - 60 seconds. Microwave ovens below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. 3. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 4. After cooking, let stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: product will be hot after cooking.
