Mccormick Meat Marinade Seasoning MixOnion, Spices (Including Black Pepper, Mustard, Paprika), Dextrose, Salt, Corn Maltodextrin, Garlic, Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Lemon Juice Solids, Natural Flavor, and Bromelain (Tenderizer).Prep time: 5 minutes. Marinate: 15 minutes. Makes 1/2 cup marinade. You will need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix. 3 lbs. meat, such as beef, pork or lamb. 1/4 cup oil. 2 tbsp. vinegar. 1 tbsp. water. Directions: 1. Pierce less tender cuts of meat, such as chuck, round, flank or skirt, with a fork. Do not pierce more tender cuts, such as sirloin, top loin, tenderloin, rib or rib-eye. 2. Mix seasoning mix, oil, vinegar and water in glass dish. Add meat; turn to coat well. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3.
