U.S. inspected and passed by department of agriculture EST. 1647. Directions Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.Preparation:Thaw product prior to cooking. Patties are fully cooked when the internal temperature is 160 degrees F.Grill: preheat grill to medium-low (325-350 degrees F) . Place patties on grill. Close grill cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn patties over once. Close grill cover and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until patties are cooked through and browned.Skillet: heat a nonstick skillet to medium. Add patties. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until patties are cooked through and browned.Storage: to ensure quality, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days; otherwise, freeze up to 30 days.
