Keep refrigerated. Pasteurized. When kept refrigerated at 33-40 degrees F, product has a shelf life as indicated on package. After opening, use within 7 days. Recipes: Use Harris Teeter Liquid Egg Product to replace whole eggs in recipes and cooking. Each 16 oz carton of Harris Teeter Liquid Egg Product is equivalent to about 8 eggs. To Make Scrambled Eggs: Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Shake one 16 oz carton of Harris Teeter Liquid Egg Product (equivalent to about 8 eggs) . Pour desired amount into pan. As egg product begins to set, push from edges to center. Cook until done; season to taste. Salsa is a wonderful companion to scrambled eggs!Long Description
