Uncured, keep refrigerated below 40 degrees at all times. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat until browned and crisp, turning gently to brown evenly. Conventional Oven: Arrange bacon in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-17 minutes, turning slices until browned and crisp. Microwave: Arrange slices in single layer between paper towels in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high (100% power) for 50-60 seconds per slice. Note: All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Serving Suggestions: Crumble and add to a variety of recipes - casseroles, omelets, salads, soups, sandwiches, vegetables or pizza.
