Do not microwave in bag. For a 1200 watt microwave, heat for 2 minutes on defrost. For a 1000 watt microwave, heat for 3 minutes on defrost. For a 700 watt microwave, heat for 5 minutes on defrost. Microwave wattages vary; adjust defrost time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.
