They combine particularly well with tuna and chicken to provide low cholesterol meals. Cooking : Bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add slowly 6 oz. of No Yolks stirring occasionally. Boil uncovered 10-12 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Initial cooking liquid must be at a boil when adding No Yolks. Cholesterol free egg white pasta. No cholesterol. Low fat.
