Short Description
Food Club Enchilada Sauce Mexican Style, RedWater, Dried Red Chili Peppers, Salt, Soybean, and/or Cottonseed Oil, Distilled Vinegar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Fumeric Acid, Spice, Calcium Hydroxide.Cheese Enchiladas: 2 cans (10 oz) Food Club red enchilada sauce; 12 corn tortillas; 2 tablespoons shortening; 2 medium onions, diced; 1 pound grated cheddar cheese. Heat enchilada sauce in small skillet until steaming. In another skillet, fry tortillas, one at a time, a few seconds in hot shortening. Drain. Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce. Fill each tortilla with diced onion and grated cheese and roll. Place seam side down in a shallow baking dish. Cover with remaining enchilada sauce and grated cheese.
