Pour into pans. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F according to chart below, dark or coated pans at 325 degrees F. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 15 minutes (tube pan 25 min) . Remove from pan & cool top side up. Frost when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Two 8 Inch Round Pans: 350 degrees F and bake for 26-31 minutes. Two 9 Inch Round Pans: 350 degrees F and bake for 22-27 minutes. One 13x9 Inch Pan: 350 degrees F and bake for 26-31 minutes.
