Short Description
Mccormick Grill Mates Seasoning Island Wood Fire GrillSalt, Spices (including Allspice, Ginger, and Chili Pepper), Sugar, Garlic, Onion, and Grill Flavor (from Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil).Suggestion: Island rum lime chicken: Mix marinade mix, 1/4 cup rum and 2 tbsp. each brown sugar, lime juice and oil. Continue as directed. Island Wood Fire Grill Marinade: 1/4 cup oil. 2 tbsp. water. 2 tbsp. cider vinegar or white vinegar. 2 lbs. shrimp, chicken or pork. 1. Mix Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place shrimp or meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. (Marinate seafood no longer than 30 minutes) . Remove from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill or broil until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade. Makes 1/2 cup marinade.
