Remove fish sticks from all packaging and place on a microwave safe plate lined with a paper towel. 2. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds on half power (50% or level 5). 3. Flip over and microwave for an additional 1 minute on half power, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Do not thaw:Oven and microwave oven temperatures vary; adjust cooking times as necessary. Caution, product will be hot after cooking.
