Thinkthin Protein & Fiber Hot Oatmeal Honey Peanut ButterWhole Grain Blend (Rolled Oats, Steel Cut Oats, Red Quinoa), Isolated Soy Protein, Dried Cane Syrup, Peanut Drops (Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Peanut Flour, Nonfat Dry Milk Powder, Salt, Soy Lecithin), Peanuts, Chicory Root Fiber, Honey Powder (Maltodextrin, Honey), Peanut Flour, Sea Salt.Microwave Directions (Recommended) : 1. Remove lid completely. 2. Add cold water to microwave fill line (1/2 cup) and stir. 3. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds. 4. Stir well and let cool to taste. Grains will continue to soften. Enjoy!
