Brown 1 pound of lean ground beef in 10-12 inch skillet and drain. 2. Add 1 1/4 cup hot water, 2 cups 2% milk, the macaroni and sauce mix. Stir thoroughly. 3. Heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat cover and simmer 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender. Remove from heat and uncover. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
