Campbell's Slow Cooker Sauces Beef Stew, 12 Oz.Water, Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Modified Food Starch, Dehydrated Potatoes, Salt, contains less than 2% of: Burgundy Wine Shiitake Mushroom Flavoring (Natural Flavor [Milk], Water, Salt), Wheat Flour, Butterfat [Milk], Beef Flavor (Contains Beef Stock), Dehydrated Onions, Beef Stock, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Caramel Color, Yeast Extract, Gelatin, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice, Potassium Chloride, Lactic Acid.You will need: 4 medium carrots, cut into 1 1/2 pieces (about 2 cups) . 2 large potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 pieces (about 2 cups). 2 lb. beef for stew cut into 1 1/2 pieces. Slow cooker. (6 quart size recommended). Cooks in 7-8 hrs. On low or 4-5 hrs. on high. 1. Layer carrots and potatoes in slow cooker. Top with beef. Pour sauce over beef. 2. Cover & cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until beef is fork-tender. (or cook on high 4 to 5 hours). Let stand 10 min. or until sauce thickens. Stir before serving.
