Our Family Hash Corned Beef 15 OzBeef, and Cooked Corn, Beef, (Cured with Salt, Sugar, Water, Sodium Nitrite) Rehydrated Potatoes, Water, Salt, Flavoring, Sugar, Spice, Sodium Nitrite.Stove Top: Empty contents of can into skillet. Break apart and fry until slightly crisp, turning with spatula. Microwave: Empty contents of can into microwave-safe container; cover loosely with paper towel. Heat on High 2-1/2 to 3 minutes or until hot, stirring after 1-1/2 minutes. Stir before serving. (All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.) Quality since 1904.
