Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 7 days. Heating instructions: Cut sausage into 4- to 6-inch portions. Cook sausages until steaming hot. Cooking times are estimates and may vary slightly. Stovetop: Place sausage pieces in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, turning frequently to brown evenly. Reduce heat to low. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook 13 to 15 minutes.
