For best results, refer to cooking times and methods below: Stove top method: In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons margarine or vegetable oil over medium heat. Add turkey cutlets, cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and turkey is no longer pink. Broil/Grill Method: Spray broiler pan or grill rack with nonstick cooking spray, heat broiler or grill to medium. Place cutlets on broiler pan or grill rack, brush with vegetable oil. Cook 6 inches from heat, 2 to 4 minutes on each side until lightly browned and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and turkey is no longer pink.
