Directions Keep frozen.Heating instructions:To thaw:Place tub in refrigerator for 24-48 hours or in microwave oven on defrost setting for approximately 10-15 minutes.Stove top:Pour thawed beef and au jus from tub into large saucepan. Heat on low heat until beef is warm. Do not boil. (Caution! Overheating can cause a loss of tenderness!) Microwave:Slightly open lid on tub and heat thawed beef and au jus on high for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until beef is warm. (Caution! Overheating can cause a loss of tenderness!)Serving suggestions:On a French roll pile sliced beef high and dip into au jus. Garnish sandwich with sauteed onions and green bell peppers.Try dipping roll into au just and then piling high with beef for a wet sandwich.Add a slice of provolone or mozzarella cheese to melt on top for a bit more flavor.Storage:To store any leftovers, divide beef and au just into separate containers.
