Junket Ice Cream Mix, 1-1/4 cups of whole milk, 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream. To make two batches at once (1/2 gallon): Double the ingredients as stated above. Homemade Ice Cream:Combine contents of one (1) Junket Ice Cream package with 1 1/4 cups of whole milk and 3/4 cups of heavy cream in a bowl. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into your home ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Easy Ice Cream without Using an Ice Cream Maker:Combine contents of one (1) Junket Ice Cream Mix package with 1 1/4 cups whole milk and 3/4 cup of heavy cream. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into 9 x 5'' pan and freeze until firm. Break into chunks with fork. Put chunks into small bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth (about 2 minutes). Return mixture to pan and freeze until firm. Reduced-Fat Ice Cream:Substitute reduced-fat milk in place of the whole milk and cream. Warnings Contains milk products.
