Short Description

Pappardelle PastaDURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, EGGS, WATER.Follow cooking instructions to ensure product reaches temperature of 160degF. 1. Heat 6 quarts of water to boiling. Add a pinch of salt. 2. Add pasta and return to a gentle boil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and drain. 3. Toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and serve. Cook thoroughly. Keep refrigerated.
