Short Description
Pappardelle PastaDURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, EGGS, WATER.Follow cooking instructions to ensure product reaches temperature of 160degF. 1. Heat 6 quarts of water to boiling. Add a pinch of salt. 2. Add pasta and return to a gentle boil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and drain. 3. Toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and serve. Cook thoroughly. Keep refrigerated.Long Description
