Chicken Tikka MasalaBasmati Rice (Water, Basmati Rice), Sauce (Tomato [Tomato, Tomato Juice, Citric Acid, Calcium Chloride], Water, Yogurt [Skim Milk, Pectin], Half & Half [Milk, Cream {Milk}], Tomato Paste, Sugar, Onion, Salt Replacer [Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Flavors], Garlic [Water, Garlic], Ginger, Olive Oil, Cilantro, Butter [Pasteurized Sweet Cream {Milk}], Coriander, Cumin, Paprika, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Garam Masala [Spices, Garlic Powder], Black Pepper, Cardamom, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cinnamon, Chili Pepper), Vegetables (Chick Peas, Green Peas, Sweet Potatoes), Chicken (Chicken Breast Meat with Rib Meat, Water, Sea Salt, Potato Starch).Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen - cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F before serving. Stove-Top Cooking Method - Recommended. 1. Thaw sauce packet in a bowl of warm water, set aside. 2. Place frozen contents of package in a non-stick skillet and add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Stir in sauce until well blended. Reduced to medium heat, cover and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until cooked through and hot. Cook Rice: Do not tear or puncture steam pouch. Microwave on full power 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Stove-tops and skillets vary. Cooking times may need adjustment. Microwave Cooking Method: Thaw sauce packet in a bowl of warm water, set aside. Set aside rice pouch and place sauce and all frozen contents of package, and 2 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and cook on full power for 6-7 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Cook Rice: Do not tear or puncture steam pouch. Microwave on full power 2 to 3 minutes. Open pouch with caution. Steam will be hot. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times may need adjustment.
