Andy's Breading - Fish YellowCORN MEAL, PROCESSED WHEAT, ENRICHED BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR (BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED iron, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SALT, SPICES, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, GARLIC.Oven Fry: 1. Spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 2. Moisten fish or seafood with water; shake off excess water. 3. Pour Andy's breading into a shallow dish or plastic bag. Cover fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. 4.Place fish or seafood in a baking dish and bake at 450 degrees F for 7 - 10 minutes, or bake to your preference. for frying. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Moisten fish or seafood with excess water. Pour Andy's breading into a shallow dish or plastic bag. Cover fish or seafood a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. 4. Fry fish or seafood 3 - 5 minutes. 5. Use caution when cooking with hot oil. Tips: For thicker coating, use a mixture of 1/2 cup milk and one egg mixed thoroughly. Moisten fish, or seafood and follow steps three and four.
