Firenza Irresistible Baking Mixes Focaccia Garlic & CheeseENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED iron, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SUGAR, LEAVENING (SODIUM BICARBONATE, SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE, CORN STARCH, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), GARLIC, SALT, SPICES.You will need: 1 box Firenza focaccia mix, 12 oz beer or sparkling water, 2-3 tablespoons olive oil (optional) . 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. While oven is pre-heating grease 12 inch pizza pan or 9 by 12 inch baking sheet. 2. Fold bread mix, beer and 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional) together in a large bowl for about 30 seconds. Do not overmix dough. 3. Spread dough onto greased pizza pan or baking sheet. 4. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp olive oil over top (optional). 5. Bake 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let bread cool before serving. Note: If baking bread in a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Bread Machine Baking Instructions: You will need 1 box Firenza focaccia mix, 1 1/4 cups (10 oz) beer or water at room temperature, 2 tsp dry active yeast (not included).
