This decadently sumptuous soft-ripened cheese has a supple paste core enveloped by a rich creamy body and reveals a subtle mushroom nuance with notes of nut and butter. The rind gives a nice salty bite versus the delicate interior. The 7 oz. version of LillE Coulommiers is called BEbE. More rind to paste in this party rockstar. Wonderful on the cheeseboard. Slice in half and top one half with honey, the other with fig jam. Want something fancier; Wrap in Phyllo dough after you add your toppings and bake for about 10 minutes at 350 for a wonderful mouth watering sensation.Long Description
