Combine pizza dough mix, 1-tablespoon oil, and approximately 1 1/4 cups water in bowl. 3. Mix until well blended and dough forms. Once dough forms, use hands to knead into a smooth ball, about 1-2 minutes. Use more or less water to create a dough consistency if necessary. Split into two balls, one for each crust. 4. For a thinner crust, roll with a rolling pin on a floured (such as Enjoy Life all-purpose flour mix) counter and place on oiled baking sheet. For a thicker, chewier crust, press dough directly into a pizza pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and bake for 8-10 minutes. 5. Put desired pizza toppings on crust and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until cheese (or your favorite dairy alternative) melts.
