Short Description
Deep Idli MixRice Flour (72%), Matpe Beans Flour (Urad Dal) (19%), Salt, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate.Deep Idli Mix. Ready to cook. Instant mix for rice cake. Best quality. Net wt 200g 7 oz. Directions 1. Pour 1 1/2 cup (325 ml) of luke warm water into idli mix and blend to a smooth batter. Set aside for a minimum of 15 minutes. 2. Grease idli mold or muffin pan with oil. Gently stir batter and pour 2 tbsp. of batter into each pocket. 3. Steam cook Idlis on high heat for 15 minutes. Serve idlis warm with Deep's coconut chutney or sambhar. Keep in cool dry place.
