Partially peel back the film lid & place in the microwave. 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until hot. 3. Caution! Container will be hot so use the side panel grips to remove it from the microwave. 4. Carefully remove the film lid and stir the contents from the bottom up. Let cool for 30 seconds.
