Tip!Use same cornbread batter to make great waffles!1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease baking pan(s), cast iron skillet, or muffin pan. 2. Stir together milk or buttermilk, oil, eggs and full box cornbread mix until moistened. Pour batter into pan(s) or fill muffin cups 2/3 full. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. For muffins, cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Cool completely and store in tightly covered container. Yield: 8x8x2 or 9x9x2-inch pan (metal or glass) - Temperature: 400 degrees F - Bake time: 26-30 minutes. Yield: 9-inch cast iron skillet - Temperature: 400 degrees F - Bake time: 22-26 minutes. Yield: 12 standard muffins - Temperature: 400 degrees F - Bake time: 18-20 minutes.
