Amy's Bowls Mexican CasseroleFiltered Water, Organic Corn, Organic Corn Masa (Organic Stoneground Corn, Trace of Lime), Organic Black Beans, Monterey Jack Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [Without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Olives, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Onions, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Spices, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Cilantro.Amy's Mexican Casserole Bowls. Topped with enchilada sauce and cheese. Made with organic corn and beans. No GMOs. No bioengineered ingredients. Family owned since 1988. Gluten free. Directions Microwave or regular oven.Keep frozen.Directions:Conventional oven:Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Remove overwrap and cover bowl with foil.Place howl on a cookie sheet and hake for 40 minutes.Remove foil. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until thoroughly heated.Microwave oven:Remove bowl from box.Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap.Heat for 5 minutes or until hot.Toaster oven:Remove all packaging.Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish.Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above.Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
