Short Description
Wiesenberger Pizza Crust MixUnbleached Wheat Flour, Vegetable Shortening (soybean Oil), Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Nonfat Dry Milk, Wheat GlutenDirections Preheat oven 500 degrees F. Grease 12 inch or 14 inch pizza pan. Combine Pizza Crust Mix and 1/2 cup hot tap water in bowl. Stir vigorously with a fork until blended (about 30 strokes) . Form into a ball and grease with about 1 teaspoon oil. Cover and set in warm place for 5 minutes. (You may let rise for 30 minutes or more - will be better.) Press dough evenly onto bottom of prepared pan or baking sheet using greased hands. Pinch edges to form a rim. Spread dough with pizza sauce and sprinkle with favorite toppings. Bake on lowest oven rack 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are hot. Makes 6 to 8 servings. When using this mix for other than pizza crust, look up recipes which apply to product being made. Add same water amount on this package, then follow the instructions from the recipe.
